Services
Handyman Services in Sacramento, CA
Repairs, installs and the jobs that are too small for a contractor and too annoying to do yourself. One person does the whole thing — you get Serj, start to finish.
What counts as a handyman job
A useful rule: if it needs a permit, a crew or an engineer, it is a contractor job. If it needs one skilled person, the right tools and a few hours, it is mine.
Most companies price the small stuff out of existence — four-hour minimums, fuel surcharges, "works best with a list of tasks". One shelf is still a job. One gate latch is still a job. That is the whole point of calling a handyman instead.
