Not sure what it'll cost?

Send Serj a photo.

Snap a couple of pictures of whatever's broken. Add a sentence about it. You get a price back, or a clear next step, usually within the hour, 7am–9pm. No site visit. No sales call. No waiting three days for a callback.

Don't know what the part is called? Doesn't matter. That's what the photo is for.

  1. 01

    Take 2–3 photos

Wide shot, then close up on the problem.

  2. 02

    Tell me what's going on

One sentence is plenty. "Gate won't latch" works.

  3. 03

A number where a photo is enough, and a straight answer where it isn't.

Reviews

What people actually said.

Three of 63, copied from Thumbtack word for word. The three things that keep coming up: he answers the same day, he charges what he said, and there is not much he turns down.

  • Serj helped me with the whole kitchen renovation. Serj demolished the entire old kitchen, assembled ikea cabinets and installed from start to finish. He also took care of small details such as electrical/painting/drywall etc during kitchen rebuild. He is like a one stop shop for any handyman stuff! He was punctual with the time, fast with the work and most of all, professional at his work.

  • Serj replied quickly and had availability within 48 hrs. He mounted a TV for us. He was polite, took his shoes off, and came prepared with laser levels and stud finder. He cleaned up any drywall debris and was efficient.

  • Serg did a terrific job cleaning and flushing the gutters on our rental home in Carmichael for a reasonable price. He provided same day service and was extremely professional. We'll be having him do our home next!

Who shows up

You get the same guy every time.

“I fix things like I would for my own home.”

I'm not a superhero — just the guy who shows up on time, with the right tools, and knows the difference between level and eyeballed. I fix the cause, not the symptom. If a door won't close, the problem usually isn't the door. If a fence leans, it's rarely the boards.

Someone else couldn't fix it? That's usually where I come in.

Same truck. Same hat. Same guy.

Different house, different tools, same hat.

You call, I fix it, then I get out of your way — and I'm still one message away afterwards.
